Patient Portal
**Please note: IPG’s Patient Portal is only available to registered patients. Please visit our Connected Care program page for more details about how you can become a registered patient of IPG. Registered patients who already have portal access can visit the patient portal login page now.
Our online patient portal is called Passport by Elation.
Elation Passport is available by invitation-only. You must receive an invitation from our office. Once you are invited, the sign-up steps are the following:
Look for an email from “Elation Passport Support“, sent to the email address that you shared with IPG.
Follow the instructions in the email by clicking on the special link to register.
A text message with your Passport Invitation Code will be sent to your mobile phone number. This is an extra security measure put in place before you can access your account.
On the signup page, choose a password, enter your Passport Invitation Code and log in.
